Preparing for an Exhibition

In January 2016 I will be part of an exhibition in Boonah. About a year ago Lyn Elgood, a great landscape painter has asked me and 2 other friends if we would like to join her for an exhibition at the Boonah Art Society Inc for January 2016.
First it seemed that this is such a long time to go and we would have plenty of time to organise a new body of work. My concept would include growing things like leaves and sculptured things like rocks. But after planning six different holidays for 2015, time just got away. And now it is almost October, only three month to go before the exhibition starts.
We still have a lot of planning to do re the framing, preparing for hanging, catering, invitations, manning the gallery, artist talk etc.
I also would like to produce some greeting cards of some of my works for sale
