A new Experiment

After the recent workshops I was encouraged to try different styles and mediums. I tested the translucency and luminosity of the glaze and the varnishes I had in my painting basket.  The result was again more representative than abstract.

In the second experience I consciously tried to stay away from a theme or subject and just let the paint do its own thing but making sure I only used one colour in different intensity with enough medium to make it fluid. I am quite pleased with the result but sill ask myself what to do with it. I feel like I want to add some colour from the opposite side of the colour wheel.
