Merry Christmas and a Happy 2015

This year has just gone so fast, I can’t believe it is only 2 weeks til Christmas. Today the Monday Art Class met for a last time this year for our Christmas breakup. The year also ends with the introduction of our new Art Studio to our students. It was built over the last few weeks by my husband. Thank you very much Andrew and thank you Perry for giving Andrew a helping hand.

Margo was the first one to finish her pebble painting where we added leaves and raindrops to the composition. Check out the results of Margos efforts. She can be so proud of what she has achieved during the last year

Loren came close to finishing her painting but still wants to define her small pebbles  and add the rain drops we worked on during last weeks art class.

Here are the results of Loren’s effort. Loren found it easier to work with a dry brush method while Margo really enjoyed using the knife technique

Vicki just finished her pebbles in time to be included in this post. Don’t they look stunning? Well done Vicki!

Hopefully everyone else will finish their artwork  in the first few weeks of the new year before we start on a new endeavour.

I wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and happy painting to everyone
