The Large Wave

‘The Large Wave’ by Marta Blaszak – Are you looking for something unique and original. Something that is inspiring but not a duplicate or a commercial replica? And is still affordable? Then you have come to the right place.
My youngest son, a keen surfer is always talking about a perfect Wave, a big dream for any keen surfer. So, his stories and photos were the inspiration for this painting of the last wave. Un-framed, finished with 2 coats of gloss varnish, edges paint finish.
My aim was to manipulate a acrylic paint to create this ‘large wave’ on a 91cm x 45.5cm deep edged canvas board. The painting is unframed and has all edges paint finished. It is sealed with 2 layers of gloss acrylic for protection and has 2 D-rings and hanging wire attached to the back, making it ready to hang.
