Australian flora always inspired my art as it is everywhere around me. I love to paint the leaves and Gum flowers of the Australian eucalyptus trees with their many different shapes and colours. For this painting I collected a bunch of fresh gum leaves with their flowers from my backyard and laid them out in front of me.
This original watercolour painting of ‘I Love Gum Flowers’ is painted on A4 size watercolour paper. It is protected by a layer of acrylic satin varnish and comes with a white mat but is unframed
