After I finished the blue and white acrylic swipe in this painting, I added some extra white and sienna paint to give the impression of the rough seas and a stretch of waves crashing onto the beach. All that was missing was a creature to give the scene some life. I choose to embellish the poor with a seagull like bird, hence the name Jonathan Livingstone, the seagull made famous by Richard Bach who wrote the story about a seagull who is learning to fly.
This painting is an acrylic work on paper 20cm x 25cm and framed with a 33cm x 40cm black frame. Two d-rings are attached to the back and it is ready for hanging
A signed Certificate of Authenticity will be attached to the back of the painting. Your painting will be packed with extra care in a sturdy cardboard box and shipped out within 1-3 business days.
