Australian flora always inspired my art as it is everywhere around me. I love to paint the leaves and Gum flowers of the Australian eucalyptus trees with their many different shapes and colours.A ‘Lemon Bottlebrush’ bush has just started to flower in my backyard, inviting me to paint it.

This original watercolour painting of ‘Lemon Bottlebrush’ is painted on an A3 size, 300g cold pressed watercolour paper. It is protected by a layer of acrylic satin varnish. This painting is mounted on a 40xm x 50cm MDF board and will require framing. Artwork size is 30 x 40cm
