Please Play With Me – SOLD

I like it when my acrylic pours turn out like water surface, as it makes it easy to embellish them with aquatic animals. Often, they turn out to be under water scenes, but this pour definitely was the surface of the sea. The pour of vibrant and alluring blues was manipulation in a circular motion to create the swirls of water for the emerging dolphin. Choosing between a jumping whale or a dolphin, the dolphin won. As it seemed a bit lonely in the big sea, I gave him a red ball to play with.

‘Please Play With Me’ was created as a fluid acrylic pour using Global Acrylic Paint, Floetrol and Dimethicone on a 25cm x 25cm mdf board and is framed with a modern 28cm x 28cm white frame but has no glass or mat and is varnished with protective Acrylic gloss for protection. 2 D-Rings and hinging wire are attached at the back.
