Red Winter Scene started as an abstract black and white painting I intended to show in a ‘Black and White’ exhibition. But almost immediately I was drawn to a simplified landscape appearing at the lower part of the painting. To highlight my vision in this painting I needed to add a different colour and I chose the colour red to emphasize the landscape I perceived.
This original abstract artwork is an acrylic painting on stretched canvas. It’s dimensions are 40cm x 50cm. It is framed with a 44cm x54cm black timber frame.
Photos showing other framing with a mat are a suggestion only but you can choose it to be framed in a white frame if you prefer. Two d-rings are attached to the back and it is ready for hanging.
A signed Certificate of Authenticity will be attached to the back of the painting. Your painting will be packed with extra care in a sturdy cardboard box and shipped out within 1-3 business days.
