About Marta Blaszak: Marta, a passionate artist residing in Forest Lake for 20 years, shares her creativity through various platforms such as Art Lover’s Australia, Bluethumb, martablaszak.com, and the Art West Community Art Gallery in Indooroopilly. She also hosts weekly Social Art sessions for Forest Lake residents.

Community Involvement: Marta has applied to the Inala Council to showcase her artwork during ‘Music on the Lake,’ a vibrant community event organized by Inala Councillor Charles Strunk. This event takes place every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month at the Lake in Forest Lake.

Inspiration Behind the Fundraiser: Personally affected by being a caregiver for a loved one battling Parkinson’s for several years, Marta is on a mission to contribute to Parkinson’s QLD. Her love for art serves as a meaningful way to raise funds for this cause.

Fundraising Goal: Marta aims to support Parkinson’s QLD by donating 50% of the proceeds from each sold artwork. Your purchase will directly contribute to providing essential information, support, and education for those affected by Parkinson’s, ultimately enhancing their quality of life.
